Family History»
The Mikhail family is from Moscow, Russia. They were descendants from Soviet- Aristocrats during the Cold War. His grandfather was a General in the Soviet Army while his Grandmother was a wealthy business woman. Their descendants, Viktor Mikhail enlisted in the army and trained to become a rather influential individual. As to now, Viktor is always addressed as "Major Dimitri" A rather experienced Soldier at the Russian Army. His mother however, was no different.
Lierin Viktor was from a family of Russian Mafia gangs, so Lierin needed to learn how to fend for herself. Her father actually encouraged her to take over the family business but instead, she escaped and became a top KGB Spy/Assassin. Lierin took down some of the Mafia's and was seen as a disgrace. Up until she met and married Viktor, up to how they exposed the Mafia and brought it down and got married. They had one son whom they named Uriel.
The Mikhail family is very strict. Uriel needed to go through military training before being sent to the U.S.A. Not only that, but he never gotten to play. All he did was study and study martial Arts. Krav Maga, Karate, Gunmanship, Knife fighting. They all taught Uriel their knowledge and reminded him that in the world, you are a lone wolf without a pack. Therefore you must be more cunning and dangerous than most of the other wolves in order to survive. When they found out Uriel had special powers, they hardly minded. it was as if they were indifferent, and they sent him off to Veritas.

Personality» riel is what you'd call an "Anti humanitarian." Or even go as far as calling him sadistic. Uriel is very quiet when he isn't spoken to , always keeping to himself if needed. But do not be fooled, his mind is stirring up plots, plots either to destroy you or bring you to your weakest. Uriel hardly likes anyone, probably since the incident that killed his whole family, his sole purpose is to destroy the ones that dare hurt an innocent shifter, he is an "Anti Hero" As well, he isn't afraid to do what is needed to attain justice. Even if that meant harming the person guilty of such a crime, hence why people thought him fit for a soldier.
You can call him calculating and cold, he makes calculations about his moves all the time, he is never too rash or too violent, he knows when to use violence and when to be a diplomat, he is both a soldier as good as Richard the Lionheart and even Genghis Khan, and at the same time he is a cunning and a charming diplomat as good as Alexander the Great and Julius Caesar.He loves attention, even if he keeps to himself when not spoken to. However, if you ask for his opinion, you'd get a well trained speaker making a speech enough to make anyone go down on their knees if he asks. So overall, he is silent but charming and cunning.
Uriel wants to advance his own goal, and he isn't afraid to use ANYONE in order for him to achieve it. For him, the only one who can help you is yourself, and you should only help people who you profit from, so always help yourself before helping anyone else. Uriel isn't afraid to use people, he actually does it all the time in order to profit from them. But don't ever doubt his love for Russia. He loves it more than he ever loved anything else, and he'd gladly give his life for Russia, after all, they helped him once. And that was a debt he'd never be able to repay.
But deep inside his hard exterior, he's just a lost boy wanting someone to love him. Under the numerous black belts in martial arts and the sharpshooter badge, he yearns for someone to just hug him and maybe even plant a kiss on his cheek. Someone who'd be there for him when he was at his weakest. He's utterly loyal and loving once you get to his heart, he'll always stick by you no matter what, be weary though, once you manage to break his trust, your bones will be soon to break.

Academics» As said before, the Mikhail family is strict so Uriel learned how to study hard. So he' s practically n over achiever. A's and B+'s from his Freshman year to senior.
Powers» Subatomic Manipulation:
The user can manipulate subatomic particles to achieve a variety of effects and manipulate matter at the subatomic level.
Discovery» Well, one day when Uriel was standing over Volgograd in a family trip, he was stationed at the place where the Siege happened, where the Germans invaded. That's cool and all, but what happened next wasn't. Uriel saw two kids, punching a poor little boy. Without even thinking of what he was doing, his eyes glowed purple and the kid suddenly had a huge gash on his shoulder, they turned to Uriel and his powers gone haywire, he managed to create enough electrons to cause a discharge which made a small explosion that knocked him and the kids out. The next thing he knew, he was at the hospital.
Weakness/Vulnerability» Pertaining to his personality, his power makes him some sort of an elitist. He has powers, humans doesn't. So why should he try to blend in with them? He doesn't show it though. He knows better than that. And hi s emotions are still paralyzed. He's willing to hurt others for a reason, so he isn't a whacko who hurts people for fun. he does things because he has goals. But guess What? it isn't all toddlers and tiaras. Uriel is seen as unstable and his power could very well kill him if he makes even a molecular mistake. And so, he attempts to perfect his power. Even if it caused him harm. His perfectionist attitude turned for an extreme direction.
Strengths» As said before, Uriel is excellent at Martial Arts and Espionage. He rarely shows it off though. The last time he shown it was when he was a freshman and a couple of bullies picked him at the wrong time, so they gone to their dorms with their wrists and legs broken. But his hidden skill is singing. His parents never wanted him to sing but he's a pretty good singer. A Mezzo Tenor singer. He actually secretly wants to be a singer if not a soldier.
Uriel sees his power as a gift, basically. People never noticed him showing his powers, but his power really is deadly and he acknowledges it. But instead of crying it off, he learns to use it in the right way and harness it for his benefit.
