Mother» Doesn't really know his mother, she was detained early on in his life for breaking into a high security secret service intel base. Due to having powers, she was deemed dangerous and jailed for life.
Father» His father works in security detail for members of government in england and he never really see's him apart from the occasional vacation.
Family History» Tim originates from London but was transfered to canada after his powers were discovered. His farther used his connections to transfer him.
Personality» He is kind and a committed friend, always caring about others instead of himself. Social, loves social interaction with all students, making friends is what he seems naturally good at.keeps his personal life to himself. Easy trusting of people but if he looses trust in someone it takes a long time for him to regain that trust. When tired Tim can become aggravated and argumentative.

Academics» High grades, He works hard developing his skills because he doesn't want to end up without a job and in jail like his mother. He is not snobby about his grades and keeps his grades to himself. He excels in personal power development classes and Teamwork development classes but dislikes all sports except for Running, sports is where he achieves the lowest grades. Tech studies is his favourite study as his power is orientated around the subject.
Powers» Tim has the power to control technology and easily understand tech when he focuses on it's core components. The bigger the object or more complicated the object he finds it harder to control or understand, larger/complicated technologies also drain him of energy which can end up with him in a unconscious state or worse.
Discovery» Tim discovered his powers at the age of 4. His farther studied his behaviour after his mother committed a felony. He had been monitored by many scientist at least ten hours a week until it was discovered.
Weakness/Vulnerability» When tired or overused Tim's power causes blackouts, unconsciousness and possible death if he is drained of all energy. Tim never backs down to a challenge which could lead him into trouble. He has become very used to have his powers and can use his power some things without batting an eyelid this overconfidence could make him forget to focus on a job at hand and cause an accident or fail a mission.
Strengths» Running, he is a long distance and sprint runner. He excels in all aspects of technology. Tim finds it easy to find new friends.
Relationship Status» Single (despite being popular Tim wants to find a girl that he could have a committed relationship with
Friends» Most of the kids of campus know Tim as he actively goes to events people set up, like fund raisers, parties, live music shows etc
