Family History» Aela was born blind, but her parents didn't know until they had her eyes checked when she was running into objects. From then on her mother taught her how to see without her eyes, and she's very good at it too. Eventually they bought her a wolfdog that was at the pound. Aela named him Fang and they both became close canine-to-human-friends. She even began to talk with her furry friend, but that didn't bother her parents much. In fact, they knew she was gonna have a power of some sort, knowing Jannette's grandmother had the power to speak with animals before Aela had. The one thing they didn't know, however, was that Aela had visions instead of dreams.
The night before Aela's family house burned up, she had a vivid dream that her parents would die in a house fire. She didn't believe it, for she thought it was only a dream, but every time she had one, the dream would become a reality. She should've known better, but she didn't and instead she paid the price. Her house went up in flames and only Kyle, Fang, and her made it out alive. Now they live with their aunt in British Colombia.

Personality» Aela is a very sweet young lady, and will try everything in her power to help those in need, but when people try to help her back, she refuses. It's her stubborn way of saying she doesn't need any help getting anywhere (except maybe the help from her wolfdog, Fang.). She is also quite indapendant, even if she is blind. Her senses are stronger than others, so she has no difficulty navigating her way around the school or outside. Don't let her kindness and indapendance fool you, however, this girl can pack quite the punch if she needed to (not like she would to a total stranger, but you know). When she is being threatened, she will either sick the dog on them or do it herself.

Academics» Aela is doing fairly well. Getting B's and B+'s in all of her classes. The one she's really good at though, is French class. Since it is her original language, she gets A's and A+'s in that class. However, chemestry she's barely passing. Science isn't her thing you know?
Powers» Aela has the abilities of animal communication and clairvoyance. Clairvoyance is being able to see visions, whether it be in the future, present, or past. For example, Aela touches something that is related to a murder, so she sees what is happening and so on. It also allows the user to be able to see dead spirits. Though in this case, she can only feel their energy.
Discovery» Aela had the ability to communicate with animals ever since she was two years old. Her parents didn't seem to mind either, for it wasn't a dangerous power. After turning 13, however, she began to have vivid dreams of her past and sometimes her future. She didn't believe any of them though, for she thought they were only a coincidence. That soon changed after her parents died in a house full of flames. Now Aela blames herself for not warning them, for not getting them out of that house before it set on fire.

Additional Information» Aela has to keep migraine pills with her at all times. The nurse knows and so does the Headmistress. She also needs to keep Fang with her so he can help her move through the school, though he stays outside of the classroom in case if people have allergies to canines. The Headmistress also knows of this.
