Aela's smile turned into a frown and she sighed out lightly. "My family home was burned down when I was younger ... and my parents went with it." She let out a shaky sigh, but she showed no signs of tears or anything like that. She was strong, but she will crack if you push to hard.
Fang laid his head on her lap and whimpered, 'It's ok ... they are in a safe place now.' He gave her a warm wolfish smile before closing his eyes as he laid there on her lap.
Aela forced a smile and petted Fang. "The worst thing was, I could'v prevented them from dying. If I listened to that dream nd got my parents out they would've never ..." Finally, the tears start to trickle down her cheeks. She quickly wiped them away. "Sorry, not something you want to hear huh?"

"Oh, I'm sorry I brought it up. I shouldn't have asked. Sorry." He appoligized. He felt so bad for Aela. She was blind and on top of it she had lost her parents to a house fire. How much worse can someones life get? Compared to Aela's life, his was a walk in the park. He had a family who loved him and he didn't have problems seeing, hearing, etc.
When Aela started crying he had to comfort her. So he grabbed her hand and squeezed it. "It's okay Aela. Everything happens for a reason. Maybe there is a reason why they died. Maybe this is all just to make you a stronger person." He said, still holding onto Aela's hand.

Aela sighed out hard. "I know why it happened. I dreamed about it the night before and ... and I was just to stubborn to listen." she told him. When she felt his hand on hers, she held his hand back, doing what was automatic for her. She squeezed his hand back and gave him a smile. "You're not like any boy I have met." Aela wiped away her tears and looked back at Fang who was fast asleep. How she knew? He was snoring.
Fang began to growl in his sleep, probably dreaming about someone trying to hurt him or something.
Aela laughed and scratched behind Fang's ears.

"It's not your fault. It could have happened even if you did warn them. It's just part of life." He pulled he into a hug to comfort her. He knew that they had just met, but Augustus really liked Aela.
He pulled away and held her had again."Anyway, I have a question for you." He said nervously. "So, I know you are probably going with someone already but i was wondering if you wanted to go to the Snowball dance with me. I mean I know we just met, but I like you." He said blushing. "You don't need to go with me if you don't want to, I just thought I would ask."

Aela looked back at him. Did he just ask her to the Snowball? Yes, yes she thought he did. "I ... I was never asked," she told him, "so yes I will go with you." A sweet smile found a way onto her lips as she felt his hand on hers. She didn't know what she felt at the moment, it was mostly a mix of happiness, surprise, and a little sadness, but not enough to make her start crying or anything.
Fang let out a whimper and Aela looked down at her companion. "We need to get him to the vet ..." she said as she looked back to Augustus. "Can you help me take him there?" It wasn't a very hard thing to do, but Fang wasn't a fan of the vets, so she liked to get him there when he's weak and unable to run away.

Augustus was jumping for joy inside. He couldn't believe she said yes. "So, someone else didn't ask you before me? I find that hard to believe be cause your such an amazing person. I don't see how someone wouldn't want to be with you." He replied
"Okay, sure I will carry him." Then Augustus got up off the bench and walked over to Fang. "Okay, so where should we take him? My parents never let us get any animals so we I have never been to the vet before. I think the reason my parents didn't get us an animal is because we didn't want a cat or a dog, we wanted a crazy animal like monkeys and tigers, which would be hard to find because they don't sell those types of animals in the pet shop." He laughed

Aela smiled and let out a soft giggle. "The vet is down that way I think ..." she said with a little uncertainty in her tone. "I have seen it in a past vision once, so I do know it is near the park." The blush was still there from when he said that she was an amazing person. She couldn't stop blushing for some reason. Did she ... like him? They just met, but already he seemed like the sweetest guy she had ever met, aside from her male friends like Darik or Byron.
Aela stood again and watched as he picked him up off the ground. "Just look for a big green sign that says 'Animal Hosptial'," she told him as she smiled sheepishly, a little embarrassed that she didn't know where the vet exactly was by now.

He laughed. "Okay, I should be able to find it. You gave me such descriptive directions!" He said as sarcastically as he could while laughing. He could see that Aela had some more pink in her cheek's then she did when they first met. Had he made her blush or embarrassed? Or was it just because it was somewhat cold out? He figured he would find out eventually.
The more time Augustus spent with her the more he liked her. He realized that he didn't just like her but that he might be falling in love with her. The one thing he worried about was that the same thing that happened to him a few years ago might happen again. But he was pretty positive that Aela would never do something like that.
OOC: OMG WE SHOULD TOTES SHIP THEM!

Aela laughed at his sarcasm. This was the first time she had ever opened up to a guy. Maybe because he was sweet and actually cared about her feelings and thoughts. Was this ... was this love she felt for him? It couldn't be ... they just met! But maybe ... maybe she was actually in love with this man. After all, he was sweeter and nicer than any other guy in her school, or anywhere for that matter.
When the arrived at the vet, she looked at him and smiled lightly. "Thank you," Aela thanked, "for helping me bring Fang to the vet. I couldn't have done that on my own." She let out a smile, then played with her shirt softly.

Augustus was glad that she didn't get offended by his sarcasm. A lot of people he knew didn't really find it funny and took offense to it. It might have been because they couldn't tell whether he was actually being serious or being sarcastic because he usually kept a pretty straight face.
"Your welcome. I'm glad I could help you." He smiled. "I was wondering if you wanted to maybe go get something to eat when Fang is done here or while the vet treats him. I'm still new to going to the vet so I'm not sure if people normally wait here or leave and come back but yeah if you want to we can go whenever." He said sort of mumbled, nervous that she would say no.
OOC: Hmm it could be Augla, Auela, Aelgustus. Umm I'm bad at this...

"We have to sign him in first, bête," Aela teased as she smiled and walked inside. As usual, there weren't many people inside, but Aela was actually their regular customer, though she couldn't really tell you if it was a good or a bad thing, for she didn't even know herself. "Hello again, Aela," greeted a sweet lady behind the counter, "and what might have happened to Fang this time?" "A fight," she replied as the nurse nodded and took the hound. This woman was rather strong with think arms, but she was still pretty non the less. "I will bill this to your aunt, as usual?" Aela nodded as the woman took him into the infirmary. "Now we can go. I will pick him up tomorrow." She looked up to where she could hear Augustus's breathing. "So until then, you have to guide me around so I don't bump into anyone or fall into a sewer hole." Aela laughed at her own joke, hoping it was at least a bit funny. She had a great sense of humor, but her jokes weren't all that funny ... she thought anyway. ooc: I like Augela.  So that we don't get mixed between Aura and Augustus. |

"How Rude!" He said in mock hurt. That didn't last to long because he burst into laughter. After that he stayed silent. He knew that he would be able to hang out with Aela later.
"Okay, so how long do i need to guide you?" He asked not so seriously.
"By the way, I will make sure your safe." He said, grabbing her hand in the processes.
"So where do you want to go?" We have a ton of time, we can do whatever you would like. We could go get something to eat, just walk around or just play it by ear."

Aela blushed again when he took her hand in his. She was really liking, no that's not right, loving him more and more as the seconds go by. This was the first time her heart pounded against her chest from someone causing it. "I think we should go back to the park," she suggested after a moment of thought. "I wanted to spend the rest of my evening there before I head back to school."
The sun was starting to lower into the horizon as they walked back, painting the sky in a fire-like pattern of reds, pinks, oranges, and yellows. It would have been beautiful, but Aela couldn't enjoy the little things that made sight so great. Something little like a sunset would be lovely if she could see it. Description was fine too, but it wasn't as beautiful as the real thing.
ooc: One of her dreams that will never be fulfilled: To see a sunset in real life. It's sad ... it actually made me cry a little XD

"Okay, whatever your heart desires." He replied. He knew it was kind of a cheesy thing to say but he didn't care. He realized this might be how people who are really in love act. He has seen many couples in his life and he just rolled his eyes at them, but now that he is experiencing this now, he realized how they felt, so happy in the moment, not caring what anybody thought. It was an amazing feeling. He say Aela looking up toward the sky. He knew that she would never get to see any of this in person. He decided that he could at least describe it to her. " I really wish I could show you the sky. But the best I can do is describe it to you. It is beautiful, different spurts of orange and pink and yellow, and it is starting to change into some blues and purples." He said. "I'm sorry, I'm not really good at describing things." Aela smiled and touched his shoulder with her hand. "It's better than nothing," she told him sighing out softly. "One of the many disadvantages of being blind ..." Aela let out a sad sigh and closed her eyes. "Dreaming about it is a little better too." It was rather sweet that Augustus was willing to attempt to describe the sunset for her. No one has ever done that before, not in a while anyhow.
Aels sat on a bench that she knew was there and played with a lock of her wavy chocolate brown hair. She was actually rather nervous to be in love. Why was it so different than friendship? 'He's just a guy, Aela ... nothing to be totally worked up over ...' she thought to herself.
