The sun was high and the people were silent. Minding their own business. Two men were smoking and drinking in one corner and the other one was laughing obnoxiously. Couples were kissing and all the things, but what Uriel was doing was definitely out of the ordinary. Here he was, in full black leather jacket and his shades on, holding a W2000 Rifle. Holding it against the railing, the mouth f the gun pointed down. Thankfully, he was concealed by the shadows, his smile was still on his face. The radiantly handsome man looked deadly right now, rifle in hand as he aimed it on the ground, his blonde hair was actually long enough to put into a small bun. So he partly looked like a woman. How cute.
However, a car was passing, luxurious one. And inside, there was a man, overweight with his hands around two women who were laughing and touching him as well. Little did he know, that the man standing atop the school roof was about to end his pathetic life. A smile crawled on Uriel 's lip as his finger slowly played on the trigger, and the moment the car passed, he pressed the trigger, and a faint sound was heard.
In the limo, the window shattered and the man fell, dead. His blood dripping all across the seat of the car as the women screamed. And Uriel smiled, speaking. "Another one, for Mother Russia."

Aela had a dream, a vision really, that someone was going to die. She didn't quite catch whom, but he did look like some sort of drug dealer, hence the thick fog that was in the car. Since, in her opinion, he deserved to die, she didn't think of it much. The only person she did recognize was a blonde man holding the rifle. Aela didn't know his name, but she had seen him of visions of her days in the past, but she didn't pay to much attention to it, really.
It was a fine day, so Aela decided to go to the roof to get away from the rif-raf of Veritas High. Already she had three people bug her about how her blindness worked, and another decided to trip her in the hall, but surprisingly failed to do so. As she climbed the stair, she had one hand up in the air to avoid the low bar the she seemed to run into times and again. Her hand wrapped around the bar and she ducked under it, then opened the door to the roof. Now, she was unaware that people even came up here besides her, well except for people who want peace and quiet like her anyway. It didn't bother her much, as long as they left her alone, she was fine with a few people up on the roof with her. Aela couldn't see them anyway, so it wasn't a real trouble to keep people away. She found a spot near the building on top of the roof where she just came from, and pulled out her braille board. It was marked with different patterned dots created into words for her. She received one every week so she can keep practice up with finger reading.

The winds were silent for some while. Almost too quiet. The police wasn't even ringing the alarm. probably cause they were notified of the crime before. Whole new meaning of organized crime. You see, Uriel works in two different ways: Government assassinations and contract assassinations. Contract assassinations are ones which are not permitted by the government. And it comes from a private sector. He doesn't care, as long as he gets paid.
The government ones were assigned to him by the Russian government and the crimes were manipulated to the point that a police man won't even look at him if he shoots someone at pointblank range. A small smile went about his lips as he heard a phone call, quickly disassembling his rifle with one hand, he answered the phone and heard his boss speaking.
"Good job comrade, the payment is transferred. We will contact you on your next assignment, however. Be weary, kill all witnesses if needed." And with that, the phone's call line got cut and Uriel knelt down, putting his rifle in the rifle case before walking out. However, he halted when he felt someone approaching. It was a girl. The blind one they know. Uriel placed his rifle case down and gripped his silverballer tighter, walking towards the girl, cocking the gun and adjusting the silencer. Another day's work.
He pointed it at her noggin and yet, something escaped his mind. She was blind. He was basically going to end her life without her even seeing the beauty of love and all that soft shift. That would be incredibly cold of him. And yes, Uriel had a conscience. Slowly sheathing his gun, he sat next to her and spoke.
"Hi."

ooc: HE HAS A CONSCIENCE!?!?!?!? xD Lolololol JK
It was nice up on the roof. The wind was cool, the sun was hot, and it was quiet. Nothing could be better. However, she heard a voice come from beside her and she stopped her finger reading for a moment. She recognized that voice, it was the voice of that man in her vision. Aela didn't really make note of it though, in case he was going to kill her for knowing or something.
"Oh, hello," she replied as she looked to where he heard him. "You are Uriel, oui?" It was a habit to speak a little French to someone, but hey, it didn't hurt anybody. If someone didn't like it they could just go cry her a river and build a bridge over it, because she didn't give a rat's ass about what other people thought ... well, about her language or how she acted anyway. Aela pushed back a chocolate brown strand away from her face as she shut her braille board. This wasn't going to be idle chatter, so she put it back in her book bag so it didn't get in the way. "What brings you up on the roof?"

It felt like a pseudo bullshit horror movie.
Felt like it too. Uriel awkwardly sat next to her as the cold wind slowly seeped through the air. Uriel didn't know how to initiate a conversation with her, honestly. He awkwardly stared at the ground, his thumb running across the handle of his gun. However, when she spoke. Uriel managed to smile for just a bit. His eyes brightened and he spoke
"So, I 'm Uriel. What's your name?" He managed to smile again, his hand extended towards her direction, but he patted her shoulder instead. As a sign of camaraderie.

Aela smiled when he patted her shoulder, then she nodded at his greet and fiddled with her thumbs. "I am Aela, a pleasure." Her English was obviously inexperienced, but it didn't seem to bother anyone else. "What brings you on the roof? I haven't heard your voice up here before." That was always the awkward thing to say for her. Since she cannot see, she has to listen for the person, so that's why she says 'hear' instead of 'see'.
Just then, her wolfdog, Fang, trotted up onto the roof. She could tell it was him because no other had a dog, and no other had the feet that sounded like them. He looked over at Uriel, then the gun and began to growl. 'He has a gun Aela ...'
"I know that, Fang," she replied to him softly as she looked back at Uriel. "He ... doesn't like the gun you're holding." The tips of Aela's fingers found the gun in his hand, but didn't try to remove it in any way possible, just sheathed her hand back on her lap and gave him a smile.
Fang growled again before sitting next to Aela. 'One wrong move boy, and I bite that pretty face to bits ...' That earned a good swat in the head. He whimpered lightly. 'Sorry ...'

It was a good afternoon. He didn't have to throw someone off the ledge of the building and all that extra work with no extra payment. And company. He seriously was getting a bit sad at times if he was always examining people's files and all that. Uriel laid on his back against the wall as the woman spoke. He felt at peace, and then the dog started to come in.
Uriel watched as the blind girl started talking to the dog. As if it wasn't crazy enough. He was about to ask how she could speak to dogs when she told him that he should keep his gun. Her cold hand against his warm one made him pull back for a bit before relaxing. With a small sigh, he shrugged and slowly placed the gun at the small sheath on his ankle. And then she smacked the dog, Uriel raised ab row and spoke "Yeah, just got here. Needed to go...sightseeing. And you can talk to dogs? Is that your power?"

Aela looked back to where she heard him and nodded slightly. "One of them," she told him softly, "my other is clairvoyance. That is how I know you have a gun. I know you killed someone with that W2000 rifle, and you have that silverballer in case someone saw." Aela knew her guns rather well for a blind woman. With one touch of the rifle or pistol she could easily tell what kind it was. Even in her blurriest of visions she could tell what kind of rifle and pistol he was holding.
Fang started to tense when she told him, getting ready to chew his face off if he tried something to her. His job was not only to guide her around, but to protect her from people like rapists or murderers that find blind women an easy target.
Aela scratched Fang behind his ear, and he immediately relaxed and began thumping his foot. "He won't hurt me, Fang," she whispered to him softly as she looked back to Uriel.

Clairvoyance. Sounded like a good power. She can see into the future. And she was blind, some fucking setback that was. Almost as if a great setback for a power so great. Uriel needed to be thankful, the very fiber of the whole universe is his own weapon. A flick of his finger can cause the winds to ignite in fire and water to turn to ash. Quite powerful, really. But it was a curse as well. He was basically a walking superweapon. Hence why he's Russia's best field agent. Well maybe next to Sapphire. He was a walking hydrogen bomb with Kung fu Moves. A weapon, nothing else. He wish he could have a benevolent power, like hers. See how life is going to turn out nd all that.
"I won't hurt her, doggy. If I was going to, she would have a bullet through her head the moment she stepped here." Uriel nodded, before turning to the woman and speaking. "Tell me, how is it like seeing the future?"

"I can not only see the future," Aela noted to him, "I can also see the past and the present." She thought about her question for a moment, then shrugged lightly. "It is sometimes good ... not always though." With a light sigh she held out her hand and Fang put his head under it, letting her pet behind his ears.
Aela looked back to Uriel and smiled softly. "I have seen part of your past, with Sapphire I mean." She gave him a sweet smirk before laughing lightly. "It was cute, the vision I had with you and her."
Fang rolled his eyes and stretched out across Aela's lap, wanting to go to sleep.

A smile crept on the blonde man's face. Certainly he could make something out of this situation. You see, he won't keep his niceness to a certain level without payment. Perhaps small fee will do. Uriel crossed his arms, his eyes trained towards her as she spoke. So she saw him and Sapphire? Cute. But whatever. Uriel shrugged and feigned a smile. "That's nice." And with that, his eye smorphed themselves to tiny slits. Showing his rather devious side, his snake side.
He ruffled his platinum blonde hair away from his eyes as he felt the moment/ So here was a blind girl who he spared from the crutches of death, and she can see the future no less. Maybe he'd ask her for tomorrow's lottery number, intel on how the governments move against Russia so they can prepare before it happens? His future? Countless of things really. The assailant raised a brow at her wolf dog. He loved dogs, really Not as much as he loved his beloved snakes, but he loved dogs. Actually, he loved every animal there was. He might despise every living human soul on the face of the earth, but not animals. He saw them as companions in the name of need and or so, in fact, he has a cute pet in his dorm that his dormmates doesn't know about! It will probably be good for them considering it's a real living and biting Death Adder. From the jungles of Australia itself.
Death Adders hold a special heart in Uriel's heart. Snakes do in fact, considering his code name was that of the fastest snake in the world, Death Adder. When he was young and training in the amazons of Australia with Mr Meyazi, his meditation, peace, martial arts and philosophy teacher. He was instructed to find the animal he felt most attracted to in the forest. After weeks, he saw many magnificent animals, but a certain one got his attention.
Instead of picking the Sugar Glider, which represented how adorable he is (Don't Argue) he didn't. Nor did he pick a Wombat. Or even a dangerous Crocodile or a spider. Instead he picked something less strong, but more cunning and silent. A Death Adder. The moment his master saw, his master thought he would go for a crocodile, but he explained that he wasn't a brute. he was a nameless assailant, a shadow hunter, a predator in the dark. He didn't rely on sheer brute force to take his opponents down, he sneaked in front of them cloaked by darkness, and didn't even try to stab them from the back. He got up close and personal, albeit hidden by shadows, and immediately stabbed them in the center of their heart. You wouldn't even see it coming. His speed was amazing as well, as if having no second thoughts about killing as he swiftly pacified victims, yet his venom was slow to take effect, making the victim suffer before finally dying, just like a Death Adder. The fastest bite in the world yet it's venom causes extreme pain before death. And like Uriel, it never chase s after it's victims, it lures them to him. He was the Death Adder, hence why the Agency named him "The Death Adder." And another extra bonus, the Death Adder is a close relative of the Black Mamba. And we all know who the Black Mamba is.
Mikhail smiled, his lips curling to a chesquire devious smile as he started to speak, hi s voice's venom was hidden of course. He can't let his scales show. "So...maybe you can look into my future and tell me what would happen/ Willl I end up with Sapphire? Married? What? "

Aela gave him a smirk before shaking her head softly. "It is clear that you will be with Sapphire, whether you will marry anyone for that matter ... I cannot say." She then brushed away some hair and played with her fingers. "However, I did see Sapphire's future in a dream and ... well her life does not end pretty." she admitted to him softly. It was sad to admit such things, for she really liked Sapphire. Yes, she can be a bitch to get a long with at times, but if you chip off that icy cold exterior there is a soft and gentle interior. That is what she admired the most about that Russian assassin.
Fang perked his ears up as he heard commotion from below them. 'Probably another school fight ...' he thought to himself as he laid his head on Aela's lap.
ooc: BTW I'm changing Sapphire's code name to Black Viper. It just sounds like ... her. XD

The disappointment was painted in Uriel's face. His frown was slight but it had a certain look on it. Uriel sighed and shrugged his shoulders. He wondered why she can't tell anyway. Uriel wasn't too sick to just shoot her because of it. in any other circumstances he would've put a bullet between her chin and her chest. But he wasn't planning to now. He was about to bid her adieu when he heard the commotion from below them. He didn't know if she heard it or not. But he sure did. And it didn't sound like a school fight. But it was a street fight. Uriel was trained to spot were noises were coming from. Uriel stood up and looked at the edge, only to see a couple of men, wearing blue, and one was wearing red. they had some banners. And by the looks of it. A gang i ,fight. Uriel was about to dismiss the thought when he saw the one, holding a samurai sword. How would they even get a hold of that? The tsuba (handle) of the katana was made of bamboo, while it's saya (Sheathe) was brown with golden markings adjourned to it. Nice instrument. Uriel turned back to the blind woman and smiled.
"Just some silly teenagers with silly weapons. Nothing to worry about." Uriel smiled at her and was about to walk back to the place when he heard the sound of running on the steps. Uriel turned to the roof top and raised a brow before seeing the door, opening loudly as the men from below rushed in. Uriel, tilting his head spoke "How'd you get in, gentlemen?" The one holding the katana earlier. walked, laughing as he pointed the sword at him.
"Only thing you can do for me, is die You know the mob boss you just "hit." That was my boss. And we're his personal body guards. And we're here to slice your bloody head off!" Exclaimed the man. Uriel looked back at the ground and saw the bodies of the other gang, dead. Must be some skilled gangs then. he noticed some of the men, looking at Aela like they wanted to do something. And there was no doubt they would. And Uriel, as a stated in the Mantra of the Samurai, one must protect the weak and unable, for you are the lantern that illuminated the dark treacherous path of evil. Although Uriel was a Kensai, one samurai that never worked for a lord and instead worked for himself. Uriel still abide the laws of a samurai. Walking into the field, he raised his hand and spoke.
"I'm with a lady friend right now. Can't we settle this at a different time gentlemen?" The man laughed and slammed his heavy looking sword to the ground. He spoke again, in his Australian accent. "Nice try. But today is the day you die!" He whistled and one man, holding a purple katana walked over to his master's side. His eyes widened. The black faded with violet colors and adorned with Japanese lettering on the side, and a serpent covered in cherry blossom on the other one. The handguard was basically a wheel with two holes on the side. He knew that katana. It was his Hattori Hanzo sword. His eyes turned to purple again but it wasn't shown on his face. That his anger of someone touching his own sword was going to use it against him.
The Australian man nodded. "Hand him the Katana, it's his last weapon to death." Looks like he followed some code as well. But the guy dared spit at him, and instead charged at him with a clumsy stance, holding the katana as he unsheathed it. The beautiful metal reflecting the light, his other hand holding the sheathe. Uriel shook his head and placed his fist in front of him. And with no questions, when he reached the line of strike from Uriel, he noticed three other men charging. Leaving only four of the gang. A smile crept on his lips as he lifted his fist, the moment he was inches a from him, he used his hand which was stationed at his back to grab the wrist of the man. Pinching it lightly as he twisted. The arm holding the katana fell and Uriel, while twisting, launched his right foot at the man's stomach. The man stumbled and dropped the sheathe. Uriel launched his foot to kick the sheathe up, making it spin in mid air, the sheathe connecting with the blade. Looking as it fell down. Uriel caught it with his left hand and watched the three other men charged. A smile on his face was seen. The stunned man in front of him was still apparently dazed, and Uriel made a claw with his three fingers, and with agility, he snatched the man's eyes off. The man cried out in pain as he fell down. yet the three men still charged. Uriel grinned and with one hand, he launched his his Eagle claw at a man's neck, visibly neutralizing him, turning around and making a neck chop wit h the same hand, sending the man down, and the coup de grace to the last man standing, he slashed his wrist t the man's eyes. Making him turn around in blind sight. And Uriel took the turn took the chance to push the tip of his finger to the man's back forcefully. But as if a tap. And the man remained still, before suddenly falling to the ground, paralyzed. A spinal cord touch.
Uriel smiled at the remaining men and scanned them as they held their fancy Chinese swords. Uriel placed his sword on the ground and rested on the handle, before speaking. "You doing okay there, Aela-san?" Oh yeah, he totally felt like a Samurai warrior now. Turning to the three men before speaking "If any of you manage to land a single blow.... I will bow down and call you master....and then will I honorably perform Hara-Kiri."
And they took the challenge, the three men ran at him holding their Chinese swords. It was as if he was a Samurai trying to fend away Chinese Mercenaries. Uriel watched as one man tried to make a forward stab, flippingi n mid air, leaving the sheathe stabbed to the ground , Uriel lifted his great sword in mid air with his flip, landing on tip toes on the tip of the metal sword. his adversary had. So, instead of stabing him, he held the sword in a thrust motion, with a grown man on top of the tip. "On this part, you get to see an excellent view of my foot!" Uriel once more flipped, launching his foot at the man's face and sending the man tumbling back as he landed on the ground, the moment he did, he made a parallel slice with his katana, then a diagonal one, and then a horizontal one, ending with a reverse counter clock wise slash, and then, he sheathed the sword, dropping it on the sheathe stabbed on the ground. And they fell, in rhythm. Smiling wickedly, he lifted his sword and slung it on his shoulder.
The man shook his head and spoke. "Quite an instrument you have there...Who made that sword?" Uriel smiled, and opened his mouth to speak.
"Hattori Hanzo."
"YOU LIE!"
Uriel twisted his sword, showing the mark of Hattori Hanzo on the side. A lion's head. And it had the letter U on it's foot. The man rolled his eyes and charged, his sword still sheathed. Uriel lifted his sword, the hard sheath clashed with the other man's armored sword. Only a clang was heard and Uriel lifted his right hand, jumped forwards, attempting to slam it to his forehead, yet the man blocked it almost effortlessly, twisting his hand and attempting to thrust the sword into Uriel, although it was covered. Grabbing the side of the sheathed sword ,he spun to the right while clamping his sword, immobilizing the man's sword, while he twisted, he slammed the sheathed sword on to the side of the man's head, Following it with twisting the man sword into mid air. Thank god it had the sheathe on. And with no second though, he brought the head of his covered sword right at the throat of the man, sending him backwards. Uriel took the opportunity to hit him with a crane kick, right at the chest. Throwing him to his back. The man stayed down for a while. And Uriel took the time to look at Aela and gave her a thumbs up. Although she couldn't see it. And s, he spoke.
" Hold on. This is right about done." And he watched as the man did a kip up, shaking his hair. He then twisted his arm, making a fist in front of him, while his other hand was at his back, bent. Uriel smiled, putting his left foot behind him, putting his left hand behind him and holding up four fingers in front of his face. And this time, they were both aggressive. Throwing their forwarded hand in front, as a result, the impact caused Uriel to jump back, their hands as if snakes as they tangled, Uriel pulled back and twirled in mid air, his hand attempting to slam into the man's chest, and the man walked backwards, Uriel then instead grabbed his battle hand and twisted it, immobilizing him again, and he pushed with all his might, the pain on the man's face was apparent as the weight of Uriel and his own hand launched in his stomach. But immediately, he broke free and launched a fist on Uriel's stomach. Bending down in pain, Uriel watched as the man's huge hand was about to punch the back of his neck, Jumping back, he switched styles, Tiger-Crane. His palm in front of him, his right hand on top his left on the bottom. Immediately, he snatched as the man's chest, managing to get a hit, but the man grabbed his hand and twisted it, but Uriel used it as an opening to launch a palm to his face, sending him back wards.
The two warriors were obviously exhausted. Panting hard. The man spat blood, and Uriel did so as well. Before finally, he unsheathed his sword, which was on the ground. The sword was a jagged blade. So it was bamboo jagged sword. he swung it in front of his face and kept doing forms with t,before holding it beside his head, the tip pointed at Uriel and his hand in front of him. Uriel, grinning placed his hand on the sheathe, slowly unsheathing the sword and dropping the sheathe to the ground. So it came to this. Swordfight with the sheathe removed. Uriel placed his two fingers in front of him, while the blade was over his head. And as if a flash, they jumped at each other. Sword clashing. The impact was enough to send the both to the side, but instead they kept their swords crossed. Uriel then jumped back, twisting the sword and aiming a slash at the man's waist, but he parried it and twisted, the man slashed at Uriel's neck, and Uriel, instead of jumping back, jumped forwards, slashing at the other side of the man's neck. The man however, just got in time to cross swords with him again, but it was only for a few seconds as the swords clashed and bangs with each slash. They neared the end of the roof top, and The man crossed swords with him again, before speaking.
"For ridiculing you...I apologize..." Uriel stared at him, pushing his sword but finally nodding. A sign of respect. As the wind blew, Uriel slashed again, but as the man blocked, he changed direction and slashed at his unguarded part. And with a swing, he watched as the upper part of the man's head was almost cut, The man then slashed at his stomach, a huge gash on his abdomen, but Uriel twisted, ignoring the pain as he slashed once more, the man was caught off guard as the diagonal slash came from his shoulder to his lower waist. The huge gash showing. The man was petrified. And in his last word, he spoke.
"That really was, a Hattori Hanzo sword." And he watched as the man fell off the railing. Uriel bowed. Limping to his sword's sheathe as he placed it on the sheathe once more. Uriel limped towards Aela and spoke.
"A-Aela- San...my stomach..." He stared at the huge gash, and closed his eyes. before sitting next to her, holding the wound.

ooc: Howly shit to epic man XD XD
Aela could not believe what she heard. Fighting, swords, cussing, groaning, anything you could ever imagine in a fight and more. Fang at one point tackled one of the men that was on the ground.
'Yeah motherf*cker!! Don't mess with the wolfdog!!' Fang growled as he dragged him around by the scruff of the color on the victim's shirt.
Aela looked to where she heard Uriel, which was next to her, and smelled a faint scent of blood. She placed her tiny hand onto the wound and sighed lightly. "I cannot heal you, but I have something in my bag that may help." Aela reached to where her book bag was and searched inside until the tips of her fingers touched a metal box. She pulled it out and automatically took out an ointment. It was said to heal most wounds. The cream from the little bottle was a clear liquid as she put some on the tips of her middle and index finger. Aela gently rubbed in the cream onto his stomach wound, already feeling the blood subside greatly. "This clogs the blood so that it creates a scab faster, without harming the blood inside of course."
