Distinguishing Features» The tip of the tongue that sticks out of your mouth is burned off, making her unable to speak. Also has a scar going down her chest from her father trying to 'rid' her of her psychic dialogue power before being sent to Spiritus. Ziio also has lighter skin than any Native, for her father was American.
Clothes» A mix between her native culture, punk, and casual. She sows her own beads in her clothing, and she wears things that have spiders on them and some beaded accesories (also makes herself), and then casual jeans. Ziio also has a charm bracelet with different tribal charms made by her mother before she died.

Family History» Ziio is the youngest out of her three brothers, but she was always treated fairly ... when their father wasn't home. When he was home the boys couldn't do anything about the beatings that he gave their younger sister, for they would be killed and Ziio didn't want that. At the age of nine, Marshal grew tired of her yelling and cussing words to him when he beat her, so he tied her down and clamped a devise onto her tongue. Marshal, by many standards, was an insane man when he wasn't sober, and these were one of those insane times. Ziio's mother, Aiyanna, tried to stop him from burning her daughter's tongue off, but he shot her before she made it to her. Ziio cried and cried, and cried harder in pain when he put the torch up to her tongue and burned it off. Ever since then she wasn't able to speak, only write and use sign language, which was very familiar in her culture. Jake, Desmend, and Len tried everything they could after that to protect her sister, even if it meant being beat themselves. When Ziio first descovered her power, she immediately started secretly packing, but she couldn't leave her brothers there to that ... that monster, so she called up a good friend, Silver, and asked if they could stay with her. The arrangements were made, Marshal went to jail forever, and she moved to British Columbia to live with her friend's family. Even though her father is long gone, she still has vivid nightmares of the beatings and the knife driving through her chest from Marshal trying to rid of the 'demon' possessing her, when it really was a gift to her.

Personality» Ziio is shy to a point. In large groups she is silent and will not speak through her psychic dialogue, but then there is Spiritus, which she will gladly greet a person with a nice psychic, 'hello'. This red head also has a slight temper and is not afraid to tell you off, through the mind or by sign language. Ziio can also get herself into trouble often for spying on other people, though it's mostly just her friends to scare the heck out of them (though Sapphire she has yet to scare). Her young and native mind wanders to the arts of her ancestors, whether it be through drawing, to carving, to hunting.

Academics» She's very smart and good in most of her subjects. Her strongest subjects are Art class and History class. Her weakest subjects are Chemistry class and Math class.
Powers» Ziio has the power of Psychic Communication. This power allows the user to talk to one person or more through her mind (if anyone knows Mew-Two from pokemon, you'll know what I mean
) It also allows the user to track an individual while they are communicating.Discovery» Ziio had found out about her power a year after her tongue was burned off. She so despretely wanted to talk, and the first person to witness her powers in action was one of her older brothers, Len. He couldn't believe it. Instead of hearing gibberish, he heard actual words coming from her, but she wasn't moving her lips or anything. Ziio, on the otherhand, had no idea she was even doing it until Len told her what happened. She then tried it on her brothers, but it only got through to the eldest, Jake. He told Desmend, but he didn't believe until Ziio did it on him as well. When Marshal found out, in his drunk state (obviously), he thought she had been cursed, so he took a knife and stabbed her from the right side of her chest and acrosse. Luckily he was so drunk that he had no idea which side the heart was on, or else she wouldn't be at Spiritus at all.

Weakness: Range of communication (can only communicate if you are within 5 yards or less)
Weakness: Sometimes unable to control her communication (sometimes she ends up communicating to the wrong person XD)
